All products sold on YOYOTO.STORE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering by mistake.
✅ Damaged / Defective Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
If verified, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability).
If a replacement is not possible, we may provide a store credit or refund at our sole discretion.
🚚 Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
